Base Salary
$95k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning/Purchasing, QA/QC, and Customer Service departments during the D365 ERP implementation.
- Design, develop, and support D365 enhancements, extensions, customizations, and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to implement Copilot, AI Agents, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Deliver and support integrations between D365, Salesforce, warehouse management systems, eCommerce platforms, Azure services, EDI providers, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead ERP initiatives and support D365 biannual release upgrades, including planning, testing, deployment, and Independent Validation & Verification activities.
- Validate system configurations and functional designs before production deployment and support change management and organizational readiness.
- Assess the impact of changes to an integrated ERP system, determine testing needs, and organize teams to reduce implementation risk.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing extensions for D365 F&O in a validated life sciences environment.
- At least 5 years of experience managing cloud-based D365 F&O ERP implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven success managing complex ERP projects and delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies, especially Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
- Experience developing Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O extensions and customizations using X++, including data entities and OData/REST APIs.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI in conjunction with D365 is preferred.
- Experience with software validation processes in a life sciences ISO 13485 environment.
- Knowledge of integration strategies, change management, and user adoption strategies for large-scale ERP implementations.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
