Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Java full-stack technologies and modern frameworks.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Use LLM-based copilots and AgentAI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python for backend development.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript for frontend development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms, containerization, and cloud-native engineering.
- Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted productivity to deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes.
- Experience integrating AI services is required; the role does not focus on model training or ML architecture design.
