Base Salary
$121k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform systems, regression, integration, performance, user acceptance, customer acceptance, and end-to-end software testing.
- Design and develop test automation frameworks and execute automated test cases based on business requirements.
- Develop scenario-based performance tests and test full-stack software and system integrations.
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects through resolution.
- Coordinate with product owners, end users, and internal customers on issue resolution, enhancements, debugging, and application testing.
- Develop test automation code for continuous integration and continuous delivery of systems, infrastructure, and test frameworks.
- Work independently on complex applications, software systems, and infrastructure components.
Requirements
- A master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field plus five years of experience in software testing with automation tools or a related occupation.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field plus seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and developing test automation frameworks.
- Functional or object-oriented coding experience with modern programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python, preferably Java.
- Experience with at least two applicable testing technologies or tools, including Java/JUnit, Python, Cucumber, JBehave, or other behavior-driven development testing frameworks.
- Experience testing web services and APIs using Karate, developing performance tests using JMeter, and designing automation frameworks in AWS.
- Experience with full-stack, integration, end-to-end system integration, SQL or relational database queries, code reviews, and test-driven development.
- Experience developing automation code for continuous integration and continuous delivery; Apigee or other API gateways is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps concepts and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
