Responsibilities

Implement existing and custom machine learning models for enterprise customer solutions.
Develop production-ready machine learning pipelines and models in the cloud using Python.
Serve as technical lead on projects and guide junior colleagues through technical and client-related work.
Translate customer business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.
Investigate machine learning research and lead assessment and integration of innovative tools and frameworks.
Ensure high-standard completion of projects managed by the team.
Mentor junior machine learning engineers.
Conduct client workshops and support the sales team in qualifying and securing projects.

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or another quantitative field.
At least 5 years of experience in machine learning.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Proven experience developing and deploying scalable machine learning models.
Experience with cloud computing platforms; Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Native Dutch and English communication skills; French is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is a plus.
Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals and experience in domains such as GenAI, NLP, Vision, Time Series Data, MLOps, Digital Twins, Manufacturing, or Finance are a plus.
