Responsibilities
- Implement and augment generative AI models and tools, including GPT, Llama, LangChain, and Langfuse.
- Integrate and augment third-party generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot with proprietary solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives.
- Research developments in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify integration opportunities.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain containerized AI back ends using Docker and FastAPI.
- Create technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and other documentation.
- Contribute to generative AI development standards and best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members on generative AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
- Solid experience implementing generative AI models and a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as transformer models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as Azure.
- Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable machine learning models is a plus.
- GitHub projects, Kaggle competition experience, relevant AI/ML publications, and experience in Data Quality, Retail, Manufacturing, or Finance are pluses.
