Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to align on product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and feature requirements.
- Create functional design documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead the technical aspects of projects and ensure optimal solutions are delivered on time.
- Research business domains and problems, gather functional requirements, and develop innovative user-focused solutions.
- Support testing activities, including integration testing.
- Prepare technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
- Lead, hire, and mentor junior developers independently.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, solution architects, development teams, and offshore teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with programming experience or a degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience with .NET, Java, C#, ASP.NET, and web development.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Angular/TypeScript, React, CSS/SCSS, and web debugging developer tools.
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS or ReactJS and frontend MVC frameworks.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Professional experience with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Professional, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with Angular, Ionic, progressive web applications, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with offshore teams and across time zones.
- Experience with Agile product development and software development life cycle practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.
