Responsibilities
- Own complex architectural problems across the platform, including data synchronization and secure sandbox infrastructure.
- Architect, build, and ship scalable full stack features with React and TypeScript, emphasizing user experience.
- Design systems that synchronize and index large data sets while enforcing permissions.
- Build reliable and secure infrastructure for high-volume AI-service calls and scalable sandbox creation.
- Develop fast integration tooling, contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural decisions, and debug production incidents.
- Mentor junior colleagues, conduct thorough code reviews, and improve development processes, code quality, and team performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience with tRPC, Kubernetes, and modern frontend tooling.
- Proven ability to design, scale, and maintain complex architectures for high-growth products.
- Experience owning substantial initiatives end to end, from concept through delivery and operation.
- Experience operating large-scale, reliable, and secure systems such as data synchronization, high-volume APIs or processing, or multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Strong product ownership mindset with attention to user experience and long-term product success.
- Interest in mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards and processes.
- Senior-level accomplishments demonstrating impact or complex problem-solving.
- Based in Munich or willing to work from Munich.
Benefits
- Annual salary of EUR 70,000 to EUR 90,000.
- Hybrid work arrangement with some on-site presence in Munich.
