Base Salary
$220k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship zero-to-one AI-native products from scratch.
- Work across frontend and backend layers using React and Node.js or Django.
- Define scope independently and bring technical judgment to architecture and AI-generated code.
- Use Cursor and other AI coding tools effectively while recognizing their limitations.
- Develop applied AI products, with potential focus on multimodal video ML or video AI.
Requirements
- Experience working on AI-native codebases in a product or engineering capacity.
- Comfort with React and Node.js or Django across frontend and backend development.
- Experience shipping products from scratch, ideally independently or on a small team.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and make independent technical decisions.
- Fluency with Cursor and other AI coding tools, including judgment about when human review is required.
- Multimodal AI engineering, video ML, or video AI experience is preferred.
- A background combining product thinking with technical depth is preferred.
