Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services and integrations using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Build and operate event-driven, cloud-native services on GCP using Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and API Gateway.
- Develop data pipelines and integration layers to migrate legacy enterprise workflows such as M365 into GCP environments.
- Implement secure integrations using GCP IAM, OAuth2, service accounts, and enterprise access controls.
- Build automated testing frameworks, GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, and structured release environments.
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-step AI agents and bot-driven workflows using Vertex AI, Gemini, and external LLMs.
- Architect Human-in-the-Loop validation nodes, production prompts, guardrails, exception handling, and failure-recovery logic.
- Implement telemetry, structured logging, and evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, performance, and latency.
- Evaluate business requests, make technical intake decisions, and translate requirements into execution paths.
- Create reusable architecture patterns, code templates, shared libraries, API specifications, blueprint repositories, documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Lead code reviews, technical workshops, collaboration with engineering, product, business teams, and TPMs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience leading or contributing to GCP-based transformations, cloud migrations, enterprise modernization, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with large-scale technology transformations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and migration from Microsoft M365 workflows.
- Experience modernizing legacy or manual workflows into API-driven, event-based, or agent-assisted applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents or bot-driven workflows using Vertex AI, Gemini, or external LLMs.
- Deep understanding of multi-step workflow orchestration, tool use, state handling, and enterprise-service integration.
- Experience building production-grade prompts and agent instructions with guardrails and failure handling.
- Experience implementing telemetry, logging, and evaluation frameworks for production AI agents.
- Strong experience with GCP services including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, and API Gateway in event-driven designs.
- Experience integrating agents with ITSM, HR, CRM, and internal APIs through secure REST and webhook patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript frameworks including Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with GitHub-based version control, automated testing, and structured release practices.
- Strong knowledge of corporate identity and access management, data security policies, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Preferred experience with Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vertex AI AutoSxS, Ragas, and NeMo Guardrails.
- Preferred experience designing multi-agent systems, HITL workflows, shared platform libraries, AI enablement programs, and technical workshops.
- Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, or Professional Machine Learning Engineer are preferred.
