Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and deliver quality software.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software features.
- Enhance and evolve the product architecture of Commure's solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement customer-focused solutions.
- Promote best practices in product development and mentor other engineers.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform product and leadership decisions.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in shipping enterprise-grade software products.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects through multiple release cycles.
- Proficient in writing readable and testable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with LLM applications and RAG tooling.
- Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies.
