Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and iterate on complex features for Commure's Ambient Agents platform.
- Work with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and deliver efficient, scalable, high-quality software.
- Enhance and evolve Commure's product architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions.
- Lead by example in product development best practices, supportability, and code quality while mentoring software engineers.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies to inform engineering and product leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or another quantitative field, or related work experience.
- 4+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software products.
- Experience leading complex projects from conceptualization through integration, deployment, monitoring, upgrades, and multiple release cycles.
- Ability to write readable, testable, and supportable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js with Express.
- Experience with LLM applications and RAG tooling, including technologies such as Gemini, GPT, and vector databases.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Management to clarify requirements, scope work, and deliver products.
- Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and release management.
- Experience with security tooling in the software development lifecycle and Security by Design principles.
- Bonus: experience with ASR, TTS, telephony, RabbitMQ, Kafka, BullMQ, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Rush, Nx, Vite, health tech, or startup environments.
