Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture upgrade of backend services.
- Build infrastructure for safe AI agent operations in production.
- Automate engineering workflows into reliable, self-serve systems.
- Deliver backend capabilities for product initiatives as needed.
- Ensure reliability through observability and safe rollback processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Experience in backend architecture design for high-QPS systems.
- Ability to refactor live production systems safely and incrementally.
- Design for safety with rollback and blast-radius control in mind.
