Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review and develop enterprise architecture plans for digital experience, digital marketing, and content supply chain solutions.
- Convert complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with documented customer business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams and coordinate technical delivery activities.
- Define project scope, delivery estimates, resource allocations, and project timelines.
- Diagnose delivery challenges and create remediation plans to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
- Architect and implement enterprise platform integrations, cross-system data flows, and cloud-based solutions.
- Communicate with technical, marketing, and executive leadership audiences.
Requirements
- Multiple years of consultative experience leading large-scale enterprise content supply chain or digital marketing ecosystems as an architect, senior consultant, or equivalent technical leader.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience architecting or implementing solutions across the Adobe Content Supply Chain ecosystem, including Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platform integrations, REST APIs or MCPs, cross-system data flows, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong leadership, project planning, delivery management, diagnostic, and remediation capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
- One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications is preferred, particularly in AEM or Workfront.
- Familiarity with GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Firefly for Creative Production or Firefly Services APIs, Frame.io, Adobe Cloud Storage, Adobe App Builder, and Adobe I/O Runtime is preferred.
- Experience with AI integrations using MCP or LLM frameworks and evaluating or building AI-agent capabilities is preferred.
- Experience with content operations, governance, audience intelligence, marketing activation, metadata governance, or unified campaign metadata frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or Premiere Pro in an enterprise workflow context is preferred.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end content supply chain concepts, including workflow management, digital asset management, content creation, review and approval, activation, and performance measurement.
- Broader Adobe Experience Cloud familiarity, including AEP, CJA, and AJO, is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
