Responsibilities

Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business problems into technical solutions.
Design and build Claude-enabled applications, agentic workflows, workflow copilots, knowledge assistants, and decision-support systems.
Lead discovery sessions, map business processes, identify automation opportunities, assess human-in-the-loop requirements, and define measurable outcomes.
Develop AI architectures integrating Claude with enterprise systems, data platforms, APIs, vector databases, orchestration layers, and approval workflows.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation, tool-using agents, evaluation harnesses, prompt and context strategies, memory patterns, and guardrail frameworks.
Prototype and productionize AI solutions with observability, reliability, security, access control, and governance.
Advise clients on Claude licensing, usage models, governance, cost management, adoption, model evaluation, and AI operating models.
Create reusable solution patterns, accelerators, technical demonstrations, reference architectures, and client-facing thought leadership.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI applications, or enterprise software systems.
Hands-on experience with Claude, including prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, agents, evaluation, and production deployment patterns.
Ability to work directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and translate business workflows into technical architectures and implementation plans.
Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture patterns such as model gateways, orchestration frameworks, vector search, access control, observability, evaluation, and governance.
Experience with Python and modern application development practices.
Clear communication skills with executives and deeply technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include experience deploying AI in regulated, complex, or enterprise-scale environments.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, model routing or gateway architectures, AI safety, evaluation frameworks, enterprise governance, human-in-the-loop workflows, approval chains, agent supervision, and enterprise automation.
Background in consulting, product engineering, solution architecture, forward deployed engineering, field engineering, or technical pre-sales is preferred.
Ability to create technical architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, solution demos, executive narratives, and reusable delivery assets is preferred.

Full-time remote work within the US.
Atlanta-based applicants may work from the headquarters in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
