Responsibilities
- Develop components of AI and LLM-based solutions and help deploy them to production.
- Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and pipelines.
- Use SQL and data-management practices to transform, validate, and ensure the quality of data supporting AI solutions.
- Implement and maintain RAG pipelines and prompt workflows.
- Troubleshoot data, model, and production-environment issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable AI solutions.
- Evaluate and monitor models and make decisions balancing quality, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or AI.
- Ability to work independently within a defined scope.
- Strong SQL and data-management skills, including transformation, validation, and data quality.
- Practical experience with Python, APIs, testing, and maintainable code development.
- Hands-on experience developing generative AI solutions in production or production-like environments.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and prompt workflows.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, metrics, evaluation processes, and monitoring.
- Understanding of LLM issues including hallucinations, grounding errors, and prompt brittleness.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and production-readiness practices.
- Preferred experience with enterprise AI/LLM solutions, data platforms, observability tools, MLOps, AI Engineering, and multidisciplinary Product and Platform collaboration.
