Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams, make technical decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage and optimize HR service delivery workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and mentor junior team members.
- Support code reviews and automated testing practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD is required.
- Strong expertise in scalable and maintainable ServiceNow software architecture.
- Experience managing and optimizing HR service delivery workflows and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
