Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing user interface features using modern front-end technologies.
- Translate product requirements, UX designs, and technical specifications into scalable, maintainable UI components.
- Build and maintain micro-frontend-based implementations aligned with product architecture.
- Implement accessible, responsive UI components aligned with WCAG standards.
- Write well-structured, testable, and efficient TypeScript code.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate UI components with backend services via APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers on requirements, usability, feasibility, and technical approach.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD, build, deployment, and release processes using GitHub-based workflows.
- Drive improvements in engineering practices, tooling, and team processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience is required; the detailed qualifications also state eight-plus years of application development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Advanced experience with React, including hooks and modern state management patterns.
- Experience translating design systems and UX artifacts into production-ready UI implementations.
- Experience implementing accessible UI components aligned with WCAG standards.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and documented code.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, such as Cypress.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of performance optimization and web application security best practices.
- Experience working in agile product teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to review product requirements, technical designs, and UX specifications and collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
