Responsibilities
- Own and lead development of a reusable React and TypeScript component library for audience segmentation.
- Design complex asynchronous state management solutions using Redux Toolkit and Redux-Saga.
- Drive monorepo structure, build-tooling, shared-infrastructure, and architectural decisions.
- Contribute to and review the NestJS backend-for-frontend layer for API aggregation and data transformation.
- Define testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering practices, mentor peers, and participate in technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
- Participate in OpenAPI-driven development and autogenerated client SDK pipelines.
- Address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability risks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience, including at least 3 years of production React experience.
- Deep TypeScript expertise, including generics, strong typing discipline, and type-safe API design.
- Proven experience with Redux Toolkit and Redux-Saga in large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of component design patterns, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Experience configuring and optimizing Vite and/or Webpack 5 for production builds.
- Experience contributing to a monorepo architecture, such as Yarn Workspaces or an equivalent.
- Experience defining and enforcing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing standards.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and make architecture trade-off decisions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability.
- Strong code review skills and the ability to provide constructive, high-signal feedback.
- Preferred experience includes NestJS or Node.js backend development, Single-SPA micro-frontends, OpenAPI or Swagger-driven development, client code generation, component libraries or design systems, Docker, and SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech domains.
