Base Salary
$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a bounded Oracle Managed Kubernetes platform component, such as a service module or SDK area, for multi-tenant use.
- Design, implement, test, debug, document, and optimize software features, services, and APIs.
- Lead design and discovery discussions, code reviews, stakeholder roadmap reviews, and architecture-aligned implementation efforts.
- Develop resilience, capacity, scalability, observability, monitoring, logging, maintenance, and reliability improvements.
- Investigate complex product and customer issues, develop short- and long-term solutions, and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate across teams, mentor others, manage deliverables independently, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering skills spanning design, development, debugging, testing, architecture, APIs, performance optimization, and system maintenance.
- Ability to independently understand business and customer needs, own platform components, and contribute to high-impact cross-organizational projects.
- Working knowledge of software architecture, development standards, secure coding, scalability, resilience, observability, and reliability practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and code reviews, troubleshoot moderately complex issues, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Self-motivated approach with sound judgment, prioritization, problem-solving, continuous learning, and knowledge-sharing skills.
