Technical Architect, Revenue Management Systems

- Design, architect, and deliver Model N Revenue Management solutions for pricing, contracting, and rebate management.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks within the Model N ecosystem.
- Partner with Commercial IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement and operationalize solutions.
- Lead system adoption and knowledge-sharing initiatives for business users.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical architect for Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems.
- Monitor and improve system performance, data integrity, and operational stability while providing production support and resolving issues.
- Evaluate emerging trends in revenue management systems, data engineering, and AI/ML integration to improve Model N capabilities.
Requirements
- Technical architecture and subject matter expertise in Model N Revenue Management, pricing, and contracting systems.
- Experience designing scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide solution guidance.
- Ability to support system adoption, knowledge sharing, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Interest or experience in revenue management systems, data engineering, and AI/ML integration.
