Responsibilities
- Shape and improve the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients through successful digital transformations.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and efficient release management strategies.
- Improve system performance through load testing, caching, database query optimization, and application logic improvements.
- Apply engineering standards including secure coding, test-driven development, and contract testing, as well as architectural patterns such as event-driven architecture and platform migration.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, product, design, and cross-functional teams on internal and client projects.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement through team problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven capability in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and driving improvements across development, testing, deployment, and operational phases.
- Ability to implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and efficient release management strategies.
- Expertise in system performance optimization, including load testing, caching, database queries, and application logic.
- Expertise in modern engineering standards such as TDD, contract testing, and secure coding.
- Experience with architectural patterns such as event-driven architecture and platform migration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with JavaScript, Java, .NET, AWS, GCP, and Azure is relevant to the role.
