Base Salary
$136k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop object-oriented software in C and C++.
- Develop distributed, high-performance computing, multi-threaded, and multi-process software.
- Perform Linux system programming and Python scripting.
- Understand and work with networking stacks and complex HPC systems.
- Configure Linux kernels and troubleshoot network infrastructure and HPC systems.
- Develop Linux device drivers as needed.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 0 years of related work experience, or a master's degree and 3 years of related work experience, or a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming in C/C++.
- Experience with software design patterns, distributed systems, HPC systems, and multi-threaded and multi-process software development.
- Experience with Linux system programming and Python scripting.
- Understanding of networking stacks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Cloud technologies, Linux kernel configuration, network infrastructure, Linux device drivers, and HPC diagnosis and troubleshooting are desirable.

- Base pay is listed at $136,300.00-$231,700.00 annually.
