Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Maintain CPQ and billing workflows within Salesforce for seamless team collaboration.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce builder for cross-functional teams.
- Push the limits of Clay and extend its platform into new use cases.
- Engineer the internal Clay instance for maximal scale and reliability.
- Design protocols for observability and debugging to ensure high uptime.
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand and improve revenue motion.
- Identify opportunities to automate and redesign workflows.
- Ensure data quality through validation and governance.
- Connect Salesforce to adjacent systems via APIs and automation layers.
- Document systems and processes for clarity and trust.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Technical RevOps, GTM Engineering, or similar fields.
- 3 years of experience in RevOps/Sales Ops or GTM Engineering.
- Proven ability to build and problem solve using Python, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, or TypeScript.
- Experience partnering with data engineering to maintain core data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce features including Flow, custom objects, and reports.
- Strong ability with APIs, webhooks, and cross-system workflow design.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in analytics engineering or data science is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
