Responsibilities
- Work directly with technical and business stakeholders across the enterprise to understand integration and workflow use cases.
- Design and deliver solutions using the internal Apache Camel and Flowable integration and workflow platform.
- Apply enterprise integration patterns including routing, transformation, error handling, idempotency, retries, and dead-letter handling.
- Model business processes and automate workflows, including human approval steps.
- Translate vague business problems into clean, robust technical designs.
- Help drive adoption of an internal platform or shared service across a large organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, including substantial experience in enterprise integration or workflow automation.
- Recent hands-on experience in solutioning or architecture roles.
- Strong hands-on enterprise integration experience, preferably with Apache Camel.
- Experience with workflow or process automation, preferably Flowable or another BPMN-based engine.
- Strong solution architecture and system design skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, integration consulting, or platform/developer enablement.
