Base Salary

$101k - $168k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, web parts, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Develop reusable components and low-code/no-code solutions that automate manual business processes and reduce operational overhead.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
  • Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Builder to automate content generation, workflows, and business insights.
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices for Power Platform deployments across environments.
  • Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience developing Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and SPFx customizations.
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with experience integrating APIs and Microsoft Graph.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot features and AI Builder; prompt engineering or Azure OpenAI experience is a plus.
  • DevOps experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Typical experience profiles include a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience, a master’s degree with 2–5 years, or a PhD with 0–2 years.
