Responsibilities
- Use Blitzy to build real software projects for approximately five to eight hours per week on nights and weekends.
- Push Blitzy on challenging problems such as legacy-system reverse engineering, large-codebase refactoring, and new software development.
- Work with Blitzy marketing and attend two 30-minute guidance calls each month.
- Publish one or two videos of at least five minutes per month to a personal YouTube channel showing the build process and results.
- Optionally share work through a unique attribution link to drive free-plan signups and qualified meetings.
Requirements
- Work at an enterprise with more than 10,000 employees and have shipped production software within that organization.
- Have genuine enthusiasm for building software, tinkering, and exploring autonomous development tools.
- Be comfortable publishing consistently, with at least one video per month.
- Independently manage time and complete work without a managed process.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecom, or enterprise SaaS is a preferred qualification.
- No creator, audience, video-editing, or on-camera experience is required.
