Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design, develop, test, and maintain software programs for client deployment.
- Analyze systems, data usage, workflows, and problem areas to develop software solutions and perform root cause analysis.
- Write, modify, and optimize software modules, fix errors, adapt software to hardware, and improve performance or interfaces.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, design and execute test cases, and ensure code is error-free.
- Document software solutions using specifications, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, respond to customer requests, and maintain professional customer communications.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and perform software development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes, test cases, documentation, and project reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Strong customer focus, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow best practices, and complete relevant certifications.
