Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery, including CI identification, CMDB population, MID Servers, probes, sensors, schedules, troubleshooting, and custom patterns.
Design and maintain end-to-end service maps and infrastructure/application dependency topology for impact and root cause analysis.
Ensure CMDB data quality, reconciliation, normalization, CSDM alignment, and CI relationship accuracy.
Build REST/SOAP API, IntegrationHub, and third-party integrations and enable event correlation and orchestration automation.
Collaborate with ITSM, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams, participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, and provide technical guidance and documentation.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, especially Discovery and Service Mapping.
Experience with CMDB lifecycle management and CSDM implementation.
Expertise with MID Servers, probes, sensors, and pattern development.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
Knowledge of SSH, SNMP, WMI, HTTP, cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience with Agent Client Collector, Cloud Discovery, and DevOps or CI-CD integrations.
Preferred certifications include CSA and CIS Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITOM certifications.
