Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guide technical decisions across products created by the team.
- Develop and maintain complex mobile, tablet, and adaptive web software modules.
- Mentor local and remote development teams and promote a positive development culture.
- Own the quality, stability, and performance of software delivered by the engineering teams.
- Refine live products using performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Validate product concepts through rapid prototyping.
- Improve and maintain software and cloud infrastructure and support production operations.
- Provide technical support to customers and customer-facing corporate staff.
- Contribute to an ecosystem of in-house software, purchased products, and third-party integrations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing complex mobile application and adaptive web software in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring ability, and hands-on team leadership experience.
- Curiosity, autonomy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Interest in the business models of software products as well as technical programming challenges.
