Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product features across user-facing UI, APIs, data, and deployment.
- Turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped MVPs, measurable outcomes, and production releases.
- Build features that interact with LLM outputs, including agent-response parsing and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ship and iterate quickly based on product feedback, competitive analysis, customer conversations, and customer metrics.
- Collaborate with product and design while providing and receiving direct, constructive feedback.
- Operate production systems and address quality, reliability, security, and scalability concerns as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience taking ambiguous requirements to production and owning full-stack features.
- Strong product judgment, including MVP definition, metric selection, and prioritization based on user value.
- Experience working with AI systems and comfort building features that interact with LLM outputs; model training is not required.
- Strong attention to product quality and user experience details.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and unblock yourself and others.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems, production security and reliability, or applied LLM topics such as evaluation, prompt engineering, safety controls, and cost optimization is a plus.
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, including confidence signals and human-in-the-loop interactions, is a plus.
