Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems leveraging Docker containers for AI agents.
- Maintain and evolve the open-source cagent project.
- Build infrastructure for packaging, deploying, and managing agents in containers.
- Enhance agent capabilities with Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and reliability.
- Rapidly prototype new agent capabilities and deployment patterns.
- Engage with the cagent community and review contributions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to incidents and improve system reliability.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Go is highly desired.
- Practical experience with large language models and agent development.
- Proven ability to design scalable, distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Docker and containerization best practices.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like CrewAI or LangChain is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python for AI prototyping is preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms is preferred.
- Open source contributions and community engagement are preferred.
