Base Salary
$148k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and implement tooling for efficient development, testing, and production release.
- Iterate on developer experience improvements using feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address engineering workflow challenges.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
- Help scale the product and team by maturing tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience building software with a product-first approach.
- Expertise with at least one web framework, preferably Node or Python.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and iterating on feedback.
- Desire to learn about life sciences and empathy for customer challenges.
