Base Salary
$151k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of resilient, scalable Salesforce Sales and CPQ solutions.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical roadmaps and system specifications.
- Establish engineering best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and testing strategies.
- Write Apex code, conduct code reviews, and balance delivery speed with long-term system health.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce engineers.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical grooming, and post-mortems.
- Partner with technical managers, enterprise architects, technical leaders, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and incident response practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with Salesforce/CPQ.
- Experience with Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce configuration and workflow, and Salesforce security and administration.
- Knowledge of API design, JSON structures, and boundary system architecture.
- Familiarity with the Gearset DevOps platform is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and GitHub/GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities/Portal architecture and design is a bonus.
- Understanding of OAuth, integrated apps, and third-party connectors is a bonus.
