Responsibilities
- Manage business demand including continuous improvement initiatives, projects, major incidents, special requests, and escalations.
- Provide functional and technical expertise throughout solution design, development, deployment, go-live, and service introduction activities.
- Manage third-party service and development vendors and remain accountable for service and development metrics such as SLAs, availability, and performance.
- Translate business requirements into practical IT solution specifications and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical design, development, and configuration for Blue Yonder WMS, SAP eWM, SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization, SAP DRC, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and Ediwin.
- Identify and develop automation opportunities across business and internal processes.
- Propose and implement product and service improvements through problem management.
- Document solutions according to established standards to ensure global supportability.
- Participate in communities of practice and support change management, releases, and production deployment slots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS, SAP eWM, SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization, SAP DRC, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and Ediwin or equivalent products is required.
- Deep knowledge of physical logistics, SAP SD, Lead to Cash, and SAP WM business processes is required.
- Experience with ITIL service delivery, third-party service management, Waterfall PMI projects, Agile projects, and DevOps tools is preferred.
- Experience with ADO, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the FMCG industry and business operations processes is preferred.
- Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders is required.
- Fluent English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills are required.
