Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, planning, and execution of software applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for complex problems affecting the immediate team and broader teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase productivity and product quality.
- Debug, test, optimize, and support scalable software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python programming.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative technical solutions.
- Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
