Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements to understand and document client needs.
- Architect and demonstrate AI/ML-powered solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive new business through RFI/RFP processes.
- Lead the design and deployment of ML and computer vision workflows for utility clients.
- Work with customer technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize solutions.
- Develop customized solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Complete Vendor Security Audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Answer technical questions from clients regarding technology and solutions.
- Create compelling demos and presentations to communicate the value of AI solutions.
- Provide training sessions for clients, both virtually and onsite.
- Contribute to the successful implementation and integration of solutions into client workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering, preferably with AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of building and operationalizing AI/ML workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including neural network architectures.
- High-level proficiency with business software, including CRM and presentation tools.
- Background in cybersecurity and information security standards like ISO 27001 and SOC2.
- Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships through technical discovery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools like Python or VBA.
