Base Salary
$130k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise Java full-stack applications.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, user interfaces, and data integrations.
- Integrate AI and GenAI capabilities, including LLMs and AI APIs, into business applications.
- Drive architecture, code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Lead client onboarding and maintenance-related application enhancements.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business, product, infrastructure, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Java full-stack development experience.
- Experience with Java, modern front-end frameworks, databases, and microservices.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI application integration.
- Experience with Git, cloud and DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong application architecture and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications and client onboarding or maintenance solutions is preferred.
