Responsibilities
- Build backend systems for customer-facing observability features.
- Transform raw observability data into actionable insights.
- Work on Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams.
- Define meaningful insights for customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production services and features.
- Experience with Go or a similar systems language.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Comfortable with BigQuery/SQL and Python for data work.
- Experience with observability platforms like New Relic and Grafana.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of GCP infrastructure, terraform, and container management solutions.
