Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes platforms including EKS, AKS, GKE, and on-premises deployments.
- Create and maintain Helm charts and deploy applications consistently across platforms and environments.
- Integrate storage provisioners, ingress and load balancers, container registries, and certificate management components.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices for edge cluster orchestration.
- Use AI-assisted tools across design, coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting while reviewing and validating generated output.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience, including ownership of production systems at scale.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premises Kubernetes solutions.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration experience.
- Proficiency maintaining Helm charts, including chart libraries, subcharts, and versioning strategies.
- Strong programming skills in cloud-native environments, preferably with Go, C, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, and load balancing.
- Understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps principles, including secrets management, supply chain security, image scanning, and least-privilege IAM.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, and OpenTelemetry for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
- Working knowledge of AI coding assistants and agents, including validating and reviewing AI-generated output.
