Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules using Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze and recommend system installations or modifications, including software-hardware interface requirements and performance specifications.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and replication details according to project standards.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Track requirements, clarifications, feedback, delivery status, customer requests, and quality risks.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, validation, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system problems.
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, and clear code.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical and project teams.
- Ability to provide timely customer support and maintain professional written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and participate in continuing education and training.
