Responsibilities

Build production creative agents and expand their capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models, and MCP integrations.
Design and operate reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, including performance, observability, scalability, and security.
Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring for image and video outputs, including model-based assessment.
Own features end to end from identifying user needs and prototyping through cross-stack delivery and production support.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering while improving a live product and developing greenfield systems.

Strong backend engineering skills and experience operating production systems involving APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience developing agents with prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations, and reliable and secure operations.
Evidence of independent end-to-end ownership and confidence delivering across the stack, including frontend work when needed.
Good product judgment, clear communication, and enthusiasm for creative agents.
Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets, and asynchronous workers is helpful.
Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or products built in small, fast-moving teams is particularly valuable.
