Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and system components.
- Customize SAP HCM Payroll components and integrate them with other SAP modules.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues.
- Document technical specifications and user manuals for deployment and maintenance.
- Monitor and improve software quality through testing and debugging.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and support junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll and strong knowledge of payroll processing and related business processes.
- Experience customizing payroll components and integrating them with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements for payroll processing.
- 15 years of full-time education.
