Base Salary
$166k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create a roadmap for success.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development as needed.
- Craft high-quality, thoroughly-tested code that meets client requirements.
- Iterate on features based on feedback from product teams and clients.
- Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software.
- Expertise in steering front-end and backend technical projects.
- Collaborative mindset with experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong adaptability to evolving organizational needs.
- Proficiency in client-side technologies like TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience managing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
