Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation reviews, resolve technical challenges, and document integrations across mobile and living-room devices.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for new and ongoing partner integrations.
- Optimize business workflows and identify opportunities using YouTube technologies.
- Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional YouTube teams to align projects with technical and business objectives.
- Educate partners on new SDK releases and support technical execution of partnerships.
- Build tools and automate partner operations, including on-device testing, regression detection, and remediation.
- Lead projects and teams, define solutions, prioritize initiatives, and manage technical and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Six years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, or other investigative work.
- Preferred: experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Preferred: experience or interest in the media industry and familiarity with TV, consumer electronics, embedded systems, RDK, or Android TV.
- Strong communication, teamwork, investigative, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
