Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, environment setup, access provisioning, and resource orchestration in cloud environments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manual or automated release workflows for application and infrastructure code.
- Automate test case development and regression testing and maintain automated test suites for AI-based solutions.
- Deploy, scale, monitor, and manage the lifecycle of containerized applications supporting AI/ML workloads.
- Support Azure DevOps platform adoption and migration, deployment pipeline management, release processes, branching strategies, and release governance.
- Troubleshoot environment, networking, firewall, port, access, and secure connectivity issues in cloud environments.
- Implement monitoring, observability, alerting, anomaly detection, and performance optimization for databases, application services, and networking infrastructure.
- Develop automation scripts for environment management, data handling, deployment operations, environment resets, and workflow standardization.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning, access control, compliance, and other security practices into development and deployment pipelines.
- Apply AI techniques and tooling to improve automated testing, anomaly detection, operational insights, and pipeline optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and facilitate onboarding by providing access, environment setup guidance, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Docker.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using tools such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Strong knowledge of GPU-based systems and CUDA kernels.
- Experience deploying machine learning models with versioning using DVC.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with environment provisioning, access management, and deployment best practices for AI projects.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience onboarding and supporting technical teams.
