Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage and support the team, including making team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing is required.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration is desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with agile development practices and tools.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
