Responsibilities
- Build working prototypes and proofs of concept in customer sandbox environments using AWS AI services, AI-augmented development tooling, and infrastructure as code.
- Implement and validate agentic identity, prompt-injection defense, AI development lifecycle, guardrail, and audit/evidence patterns directly with customers.
- Stay engaged through implementation, applying judgment to revise designs based on real-world results.
- Partner with Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker service teams to communicate field security requirements and translate product roadmaps into field guidance.
- Provide customer feedback through feature requests and direct service-team engagement while monitoring the threat and regulatory landscape.
- Produce reusable technical content including reference architectures, working code, patterns, blog posts, and workshops.
- Mentor Solutions Architects and the wider field community and help package proven patterns for content and enablement teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience in relevant technology domains including software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Preferred: knowledge and skills in securing generative AI applications.
