Base Salary
$161k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and integration design for enterprise customers.
- Conduct enterprise technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops.
- Design and guide implementation of integrations using APIs, SSO, and data pipelines.
- Translate customer workflows into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmap based on enterprise needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues through debugging and system investigation.
- Develop integration playbooks and architecture documentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or similar technical roles.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and SSO.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise implementations across multiple systems.
- Strong ability to translate business workflows into technical architecture.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs.
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
