Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile app end-to-end from concept to production.
- Build high-quality, intuitive, and performant user experiences.
- Ship features rapidly and iterate based on real user feedback.
- Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and priorities.
- Optimize performance across animations, rendering, and interactions.
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack when needed.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve output quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping mobile apps end-to-end (0→1).
- Strong expertise in React Native (Expo) and TypeScript.
- Experience working with or integrating native iOS modules.
- Deep focus on UI/UX quality, interaction design, and performance.
- Strong product intuition and ability to think beyond implementation.
- Ability to move fast without compromising quality.
- High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with founders.
