Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise RPA and AI-powered intelligent automation solutions.
- Lead automation initiatives including Payroll Modernization and Workday-to-SAP integration.
- Analyze HR workflows, document process flows, and recommend automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Partner with HR, IT, Operations, Technology, and business teams to capture requirements and align solutions with organizational needs.
- Ensure automation and AI implementations meet technical, security, regulatory, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior RPA and intelligent automation developers and promote automation best practices.
- Provide production support and maintenance for existing automated solutions.
- Stay current with AI, RPA, machine learning, and emerging automation technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in RPA development and intelligent automation, with demonstrated leadership delivering automation projects.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday-to-SAP integration, including payroll or HR data synchronization and API/middleware expertise.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning to automation or business processes.
- Expertise with RPA tools such as Blue Prism, AI/ML frameworks, programming languages, and process documentation.
- Strong ability to prioritize work, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver complex automation initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical and AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday knowledge; Blue Prism Upgrade 7 or later and AI integration experience; C#, VB.NET, and Python experience; AI/ML platform experience; Intelligent Document Processing knowledge; and relevant Blue Prism or AI/ML certifications.
