Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance scalable and highly concurrent ML and AI serving platform services.
- Develop backend infrastructure that enables machine learning and data science teams to train, deploy, and run inference for models at scale.
- Solve distributed-systems problems involving thousands of transactions per second.
- Profile, optimize, debug, and improve production applications and libraries.
- Debug cross-platform issues and improve ML workflow tuning for high accuracy.
- Develop solutions using generative AI to improve developer, user, and business productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of Python or Java expertise building production applications.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, multiprocessing, language internals, and their practical trade-offs in high-throughput systems.
- Deep knowledge of ML and AI frameworks and ecosystems.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and CNCF technologies.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical topics.
- Exposure to Ray, KServe, Triton, or other inference frameworks.
